If you enter an incorrect PIN or CVV three times, your card will automatically be blocked for security reasons.
This block is temporary and can be lifted directly from your Vancelian app.
How to unblock your card:
- Go to the Card section (shortcut at the bottom of the screen)
- Select Unblock PIN/CVV
- Confirm the action when prompted by the app
- Enter the verification code received by SMS to complete the unblocking
Once this step is validated, your card will be immediately reactivated and usable again.
Good to know
Make sure you are using the correct PIN (you can retrieve it in the app if needed).
If another incorrect attempt is made, the block will automatically be reactivated to protect your account.
