Vancelian cards are Visa payment cards.
They can be used to:
- Make online or in-store payments with merchants that accept the Visa network
- Withdraw cash from ATMs
Online and in-store payments
You can use your Vancelian card on most online retailers and Visa-compatible payment terminals.
All payments are debited directly from your available balance in the application.
Important note: For security reasons, certain payments may be automatically declined (depending on the merchant’s location or the services offered).
Use abroad
Your Vancelian card can be used abroad in all regions covered by the international Visa network.
However, for security purposes, a payment made from an unusual location may be blocked.
In this case, it is recommended to:
- Contact Vancelian customer support before your trip to inform us of your travel dates and destination
- If you are already abroad and a payment was declined, contact customer support immediately so we can check your card and unblock it if necessary
