If your card has been retained by a cash machine (ATM), Vancelian unfortunately cannot intervene to retrieve it.
What should you do in this case?

Identify the bank that owns the ATM
The name of the bank is usually displayed on the machine or near the screen -
Go to the branch associated with that ATM
Bring a valid identity document and explain the situation
Some banks may return the card after verifying your identity -
If the bank is unable to access the ATM (common for independent or unattended cash machines), it will not be possible to retrieve the card.
In this case, immediately block your card from your Vancelian app to prevent any fraudulent use.
