How can I view or change the PIN of my card?

Your PIN code is personal and confidential. You can view or change it at any time from your Vancelian application.

Where can I find my PIN code?

If you have forgotten your PIN code, you can view it directly from the app:

1. Go to the Card section (shortcut at the bottom of the screen)
2. Click on Show card pin

Important:

Never share your PIN code with anyone.

It is strictly personal and will never be requested by Vancelian or its partners.

How can I change my PIN code?

You can also change your PIN code from your application:

1. Go to the Card section (shortcut at the bottom of the screen)
2. Select Change PIN code
3. Enter your current PIN
4. Choose a new PIN code and confirm it
5. To finalise the update, make a withdrawal at an ATM using the new PIN

Good to know

• If no withdrawal is made after changing your PIN, the old PIN will remain active.
• For security reasons, avoid simple combinations (e.g., 0000 or 1234).
• Customer support will never ask you for your PIN by email or phone.
