Blocking your card immediately stops it from being used in case of loss, theft, or suspected fraud.
This action prevents any new payment or withdrawal from being authorised.
Steps to block your card
- Go to the Card tab (shortcut at the bottom of the screen)
- In the shortcuts under the image of your card, tap Freeze card
Once the card is blocked, its visual will appear frozen, indicating that it is deactivated.
From that moment, no new payment can be made with this card.
Important:
Payments already authorised before the block cannot be cancelled and will still be charged.
How to unblock my card
You can unblock your card at any time from the same section by tapping Unfreeze card.
