To ensure the security and compliance of your account, any modification request must be reviewed manually by our team.
How to request a modification
To update your personal information:
- Contact our customer support team by email at: support@vancelian.com
- In your message, specify the change you wish to make (for example: name change, correction of an error, marital status update)
- Attach an official document that supports your request
Accepted supporting documents
Depending on the type of modification, you may be asked to provide:
- A valid official ID (for correcting an error or changing your name)
- A marriage or divorce certificate (for name changes related to marital status)
- Any other legal or administrative document justifying the change
Documents must be:
- Clear and complete
- In an accepted format (PDF, JPEG, JPG, or PNG)
- Valid and up to date
Our team will review your request and the documents you have provided.
If the supporting document is approved, the modification will be made manually on your account, and you will receive a confirmation email once the update is complete.

- No modification will be processed without a valid supporting document
- Sensitive information (email address, phone number, residential address) follows separate procedures
- Vancelian reserves the right to refuse any request deemed non-compliant or incomplete
