If you have moved to a new residence, it is important to update your address in our system to ensure your account remains compliant and to guarantee the proper delivery of your mail (including your Vancelian payment card).
This modification cannot be made directly in the app: it must be submitted to our support team for manual verification.
How to submit the request
To declare a change of address:
- Contact our customer support team by email at support@vancelian.com
- Include your new full address in your message, with all relevant details (building, floor, access code, etc.)
- Attach a proof of address corresponding to this new residence
Which documents are accepted?
The proof of address must be in your name, dated within the last 3 months (except for tax notices, valid for 12 months) and in its original format.

Processing times
Once your document has been received, it will be manually reviewed by our dedicated team.
This verification may take up to 3 working days.
You will receive an email as soon as the modification has been approved.
