Once your account is verified, you can order the Vancelian payment card of your choice directly from the application.
Steps to order your card
- From the main page, click on Card (shortcut at the bottom of the screen)
- Select the card of your choice and the desired colour

- Choose your secret question and enter the answer
- Confirm the payment of the delivery fees
The delivery fees are €9.90, deducted directly from your Euro Account at the time of the order.
Once this step is completed, your order is confirmed.
Delivery details
Once ready, your card is shipped by Royal Mail Post and then transferred to your national postal provider in your country for final delivery.

You will receive a notification and an email as soon as your card is ready for shipment.
Delivery address
Your card can only be delivered to the address registered on your Vancelian account.

Please note that it is not possible to modify the delivery address once the card has been dispatched.
