When your card approaches its expiration date, you will be notified by email and via an in-app notification at the following times:
- 30 days before the expiration date
- 15 days before
- The day before the expiry date
How to order a new card?
As soon as you receive the notification, you can order your new card directly from your Vancelian application:
- Go to the Card section (shortcut at the bottom of the screen)
- Choose the card you prefer (PVC or Metal) and the desired colour (Black or White)
You can find all information about the different cards and their costs here. - Click Order to confirm your request
Your order will then be confirmed automatically.
Once your new card is activated, the old one will automatically be marked as expired in the application.
If you wish, you can delete the expired card from the same section, even if you are not ordering a new card.
What are the delivery times?
Your new card is delivered by Royal Mail Post and then forwarded by your national postal provider in your country.
As a reminder, the estimated delivery time is between 12 and 20 working days from the validation of the order.
You will receive a notification and an email as soon as the card is ready to be dispatched.
