Once your card has been ordered, it is handled by Royal Mail Post and then transferred to your national postal provider in your country for final delivery.
What are the delivery times?
The delivery of your card may take up to 20 working days from the validation of your order.
Working days correspond to weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an email and an in-app notification as soon as your card is ready to be dispatched.
What should I do if I have not received my card?
If your card has not been received after 20 working days, follow these steps before contacting our customer support:
Check the delivery address associated with your Vancelian account (you can view it in the app under Profile → Personal Information).
Make sure your full name is clearly displayed on your letterbox.
Check whether anyone in your household or residence may have accepted the letter on your behalf.
If everything is correct but the card has still not been delivered after this period:
