Accepted documents as proof of address:
- Water, gas, electricity, internet and landline phone bills only
- Home insurance certificate

Government-issued documents (property tax, tax notice, etc.)
Please note that Tax notices are issued once a year and are therefore valid for one year from the issuance date - Only bank statements issued within the last 3 months showing transactions confirming regular use of the account
Confirmation of account opening, charges statements, balance statements, IBAN, bank correspondence are not accepted as PoA. - Residenical rent receipt / landlord's rent receipt not older than 3 months
Please note that your document must be dated within the last 3 months (except for Tax notices) and submitted in PDF, JPEG, JPG or PNG format*. Screenshots of documents are not accepted.
We cannot accept the following documents:
- Bank statement or account summary from a provider not affiliated with a banking group (e.g. N26, Wise etc.)
- Confirmation of account opening, charges statements, balance statements, IBAN, bank correspondence
- Mobile phone bill
- Insurance certificates other than home
- Insurance-related invoices, letters or correspondence
- Deferred invoices
- Promotional emails
- Payslips

**Your document may be rejected if it exceeds 10MB or is not in the correct format.
Any falsified document will result in immediate account termination in accordance with our Terms of Use.
