You can view and download the full history of your operations directly from the Vancelian application.
Several options are available depending on the type of information you wish to retrieve.
1. How can I download the summary of a specific transaction?
For each operation performed in your app, an individual summary is available.
- Open the relevant transaction, regardless of its type (transfer, purchase, deposit, etc.)
- Find the Statement button
- Then select the download icon (on the right) to obtain the corresponding document
This file contains the full details of the operation, including amounts and dates.
2. How to download a monthly statement for your EUR account
From your EUR Account, you can access a monthly statement that includes all transactions for a selected period.
- From the home page, select your EUR Account
- Tap Statements
- Select the relevant month to download a summary document in PDF format
This statement shows all operations (incoming and outgoing transfers, deposits, and payments) carried out on your account during the selected month.
3. How to download a complete statement of all your transactions
Vancelian also allows you to generate a comprehensive statement of all transactions linked to your account, regardless of their nature (EUR, crypto, investment returns, etc.).
- From the home page, tap your Profile (top left)
- Go to the My Account section
- Select Taxation
- Tap the Transaction statement button to generate your document.
You will then receive your complete statement directly by e-mail, in PDF format.
