Why is my transfer pending?
Transfers made to your Vancelian account are processed through the SEPA network.
On average, a SEPA transfer is credited within 1 to 3 business days, but in some cases, it can take up to 5 business days.
This delay is due to interbank processing times between financial institutions and, in certain situations, internal compliance checks.
When such a verification occurs, a notification will appear in your application to inform you.
In most cases, you simply need to wait until the end of the processing period.
Why can my first deposit be pending?
During your first deposit, additional verification is carried out to confirm that the bank account used to send the funds belongs to you.
This may cause a short delay before the funds are credited, particularly in the following cases:
- The transfer was made from an account where the sender’s name does not exactly match the name on your Vancelian account
- The transfer comes from a joint account, which requires confirmation of account ownership
If you are using a joint account, please send the bank account’s RIB in PDF format to our customer service team so that your deposit can be validated.
What should I do if the transfer is still not credited after 5 business days?
If your transfer has not been credited after 5 business days, or if you need to provide an additional document (such as a joint account RIB), please contact our support team.
Our team will review the situation and update you as soon as possible.
