Once you receive your card, you must activate it directly from the Vancelian application before you can use it.
Steps to activate your card:
- Go to the Card section (shortcut at the bottom of the screen)
- Click on Activate card
- Enter the last 4 digits of the PAN (the 16-digit card number shown on the front)
- Click the confirmation button to validate the activation
Once the activation is confirmed, a confirmation message will appear on the screen and your PIN code will be displayed immediately.
Good to know
It is not necessary to make a cash withdrawal at an ATM to activate your card.
