The Vancelian application includes three account levels, each corresponding to a verification step.
Each level determines the deposit and withdrawal limits, as well as access to certain features (such as the payment card or cryptoasset deposits).
Level 1: Identity verification (KYC)
This level is achieved once your identity has been validated in the application.
It is the first mandatory step to activate your account.
Level 2: Residence and bank account verification
Once your Residence section is validated and your account is verified by bank transfer, you reach level 2.
This level allows you to unlock all the services of the application (deposits, withdrawals, ordering a payment card, etc.)
Level 3: Income verification
Level 3 corresponds to the validation of the Income section.
It is the highest level in the application and offers access to special features and options.
