How long does the verification of my proof of income take?
Each proof of income is manually reviewed by our dedicated team.
This process may take up to 3 working days, depending on the volume of ongoing requests.
Once the verification is completed, the result will be communicated to you:
- By notification directly in your application
- By email sent to the address associated with your account

Why was my proof of income refused?
Your document may be refused if one of the following criteria is not met:
- The document is not dated within the last 3 months
- The file is not part of the list of accepted documents
- The document format is not valid (only PDF, JPEG, JPG or PNG are accepted)
- The content of the document does not clearly show the required information

Which documents are not accepted?
The following documents cannot be used as proof of income:
- A statement of a single bank transaction
- A bank account detail slip (RIB)
- An employment contract
- An invoice
How can I submit new proof of income?
If your document has been refused, you can upload a new one directly from the application:
- Go to your Profile
- Access the Account levels section
- Submit your document
Make sure that the new document meets the criteria indicated here before submitting it.
