Where can I find the questionnaire?
The questionnaire is accessible in several cases:
When opening a Flexible or Future Vault:
Completing the questionnaire is mandatory to finalise the vault opening. It will be automatically presented to you at the time of opening.

What does the questionnaire involve?
The questionnaire includes 9 mandatory questions designed to understand your personal situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance.
Each question is presented as a multiple-choice question. Before submission, you can review your answers to correct any mistakes.
There are no right or wrong answers. The important thing is to answer honestly so that the document accurately reflects your situation.
Once the questionnaire is submitted:
It cannot be modified
It remains valid for 2 years
How can I access my investment profile in the app?
From Profile > Investment Profile, you can view:
The title of your profile, which reflects your investor type
A description summarising your investment approach
Remaining validity period
Your investment horizon
The suitability report, generated after completing the questionnaire
This regulatory document confirms the suitability between your profile and the products offered. It can be viewed and downloaded at any time.
You will also find a recommended product allocation*, suggesting an ideal distribution between the different investment options offered by Vancelian, according to your profile.
