For security reasons, screenshots are disabled by default. You can temporarily allow access to screenshots until the next time the app is locked.
By default, any attempt to take a screenshot in the app will result in a blank image. This automatic restriction is in place to protect your personal information.
If you wish to temporarily enable this feature, follow these steps:
Go to the Profile shortcut from within the app.
Scroll down to the Settings section.
Select Security and Privacy.
Tap on Enable Temporary Screenshot.
Once activated, you’ll be able to take screenshots or record your screen – for example, to show certain features to a friend or share specific information with our support team.
Please note: screenshots may contain sensitive information (such as login details, balances, or transactions). Only share them with people you trust.
