What are the usual processing times?
Withdrawals and transfers made from your Vancelian account are processed via the SEPA network and may take up to 5 business days to be credited to the recipient’s account.
This timeframe depends on the banks involved, the date of the transfer (for example, one made at the end of the week or before a public holiday), and any ongoing compliance checks.
During this period, the transaction may appear as “pending” in your application.
What are the possible reasons for a withdrawal or transfer being pending?
- Normal interbank processing times between financial institutions.
- Compliance verification in progress to confirm the origin or destination of the funds.
- Non-compliant recipient account (for example, a non-SEPA account or one in a currency other than euro).
- Incorrect banking details entered (invalid IBAN or beneficiary).
What should I do if the transfer has not been received?
Before contacting our Customer Support, please check with the recipient’s bank or the account holder to confirm:
- That the transfer has been received or is being processed.
- That the bank details provided (IBAN, BIC, account holder name) are correct.
If the beneficiary still hasn’t received the funds after 5 business days, please contact our Support Team for verification.
