What are the fees and limits associated with the Vancelian card?

Your Vancelian payment card has different limits and fees that depend on:

• Your loyalty level
• The type of operation (payment, withdrawal, payment in cryptoassets, etc.)
• The technical limits imposed by our banking partner

What are the fixed technical limits of the card?

Some limits do not depend on your loyalty level and cannot be modified:
 

• ATM withdrawals

300€ maximum per day and per transaction.

Even if your loyalty level gives you a higher monthly allowance, the technical withdrawal limit remains €300 per day.

Example: A Gold member may withdraw up to €600 free per month, but €300 maximum per single withdrawal.
 

• Card payments

10,000€ maximum per day and per transaction.

How can I view my limits in the application?

You can find your personalised limits directly in your application:

1. Go to Card (shortcut at the bottom of the screen)
2. Select Spending and withdrawal limits

What are the fees for payments in cryptoassets?

Some limits displayed for cryptoasset payments are subject to an additional restriction:

You may only use up to 80% of the value of the selected crypto wallet.
