Which networks are available for withdrawals?
Ethereum (ERC-20): all of the above cryptoassets can be withdrawn via the Ethereum network.
BASE: only available for USDC withdrawals.
This means that USDC can be withdrawn either via the Ethereum (ERC-20) network or via the BASE network.
For more details on the differences between these two networks, please refer to this article.
Key points to keep in mind:
If you enter an incorrect wallet address, your funds will be permanently lost.
Withdrawals of cryptoassets are subject to execution fees.
An estimate of the total fees is displayed directly on the transaction page (on the confirmation button).
For your security, if the actual fees significantly exceed the initial estimate, the transaction may be automatically cancelled.
Fees are deducted from the amount you wish to withdraw, and it is not possible to withdraw less than the minimum amount required to cover the fees.
Additional fees may be applied by the receiving bank or platform.
The minimum withdrawal amount and fees may be adjusted without prior notice depending on network conditions.
Depending on network activity, it may take several hours for a transfer to be confirmed and appear in the balance of your external wallet.
For detailed instructions on how to make a withdrawal, please refer to this article: How to make a cryptoasset withdrawal?
Important: if you send a cryptoasset via an unsupported network, or transfer a cryptoasset that is not available on our application, your funds will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
It is therefore essential to always check and select the correct network when sending and receiving cryptoassets.
