If you reside outside the European Economic Area (EEA), you will not be able to access the Vancelian application. In that case, you must use our partner exchange platform to receive your AKTIO tokens: BitMart.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Open the BitMart website or download the BitMart mobile application.
- Complete your registration on BitMart via the “Get Started” section. You will find BitMart’s help centre here.
You may also complete your registration through the BitMart mobile application available on the Play Store or App Store.

Once your registration is complete, you can generate your AKTIO wallet on BitMart. Please find below a BitMart Help Centre article explaining how to make a deposit in order to generate an AKTIO wallet address:

- Copy the AKTIO wallet address you have just generated.
- Go to: http://ico.akt.io/ to access your ICO Launchpad (the website used during your ICO registration) and paste your AKTIO wallet address into the “My wallets” section using the “Set up transfer” option. Once the address is provided, follow the instructions on the website.
If you are unable to access it via your browser, please try again using private browsing mode.
- Once your withdrawal request for AKTIO coins has been submitted to BitMart, our team will manually process the transfer of your AKTIO coins. This may take 2 to 3 working days, thank you for your patience and understanding.
Vancelian covers the fees related to AKTIO transfers to BitMart for all ICO investors who do not have access to the app.
