Commitment period: The commitment ends on 1 May 2027, regardless of the joining date.
Therefore, the effective duration of the commitment will vary depending on when the participant joins (for example, 18 months for an entry in October 2025, 17 months for an entry in November 2025, etc.). Offer limited to 11,6 million euros.
Flexibility: Minimum 6-month lock-up period. You have the option to deposit and withdraw twice a year.
Annual return (APR): Between 10.7% and 11,5%, depending on your Privilege Club status.
Payment frequency of returns: Daily.
How does the investment cap work?
Each investor is free to choose the amount that suits them, within the available offer limit.
Investments are available starting from 1 EUR when depositing in EUR, or approximately 10 USDC (the exact amount will be displayed at the moment of deposit, depending on the applicable conversion limits).
What is the deposit and withdrawal policy?
- Initial deposits are possible from the launch of the offer until the offer is fully subscribed. After that, deposit windows will open twice a year.
- Withdrawal requests are only available twice a year, provided the contracts have been held for at least 6 months.
Please note that withdrawal and deposit requests are subject to a supply and demand system.
In order for a withdrawal or deposit to be possible, another investor must express the intention to deposit or withdraw an equivalent amount.

Are there any fees associated with withdrawals?
After an initial commitment of 6 months, you will be eligible for privileged early exit conditions, subject to a 5% fee.
Whether you choose to exit partially or fully from the offer, the exit must occur during the designated exit windows.
