How does the investment cap work?
Each investor is free to choose the amount they wish to allocate, within the overall limit of the offer.
You can make a deposit starting from 1 EUR or approximately 10 USDC (the exact amount will be displayed at the moment of deposit, depending on the applicable conversion limits).
What is the deposit and withdrawal policy?
Initial deposits are available from the launch of the offer until the full amount is subscribed.
After that, deposit windows will open twice a year.
Withdrawal requests are also available twice a year, and only if the contracts have been held for at least 6 months.
Please note that deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to a matching system: for a withdrawal or deposit to be processed, another investor must express the wish to deposit or withdraw an equivalent amount.

Are there any fees associated with withdrawals?
After the initial 6-month lock-up period, early exits are possible under preferred conditions, with a 5% fee.
Whether you wish to exit partially or fully, the request must be made during the designated withdrawal windows.
After 24 months of commitment, no withdrawal fee applies.
