For this 7-villa project in Bali, The Heights Bali operates through Indonesian subsidiaries that:
- Own the land under freehold (full ownership)
- Manage relationships with renowned local partners (including French developer Conceptive Construction, architect Eben Lontoh, etc.)
- Oversee the construction of the villas
Responsibility Structure
Our two-tier structure ensures a clear division of roles and responsibilities:
The Heights Bali:
- Is solely responsible for repaying your loan and paying interest
- Uses the funds raised to develop the real estate project
- Bears the debt and assumes the associated project risks
- Has a best-effort obligation to secure your investment
Vancelian (Automata France SAS):
- Facilitates the investment through its platform
- Is NOT responsible for the repayment of capital or the payment of interest
