Token locking allows you to lock your AKTIO coins for a set period in order to earn loyalty points.
You can choose to lock your AKTIOcoins for 3 months or 12 months, depending on your preference:
| Time | 3 months of locking | 12 months of locking |
| Points during locking | 2 points per token | 4 points per token |
During the selected locking period:
Your AKTIO coins are frozen and cannot be used.
It is not possible to unlock them before the end of the period.
Once the locking period ends, the associated loyalty points will be automatically lost. To earn these points again, you will need to lock your tokens once more.
