Please note that you will need to download and configure an Authenticator (for example: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.) in order to be able to withdraw cryptoassets from the Vancelian application.
Once you have downloaded the Authenticator of your choice from the Google Play Store or App Store, please follow the steps below to link it to your Vancelian application:
Step 1: On the Vancelian application
Go to your Profile
Scroll down to the Settings section
Select Security and Privacy
Tap Authenticator App
An explanatory window will appear with a 32-character key
Tap the copy icon on the right of the 32-character key
Step 2: On your Authenticator

Add a new account by pasting the 32-character key you copied from the Vancelian app into your Authenticator app and follow the instructions:
Step 3: Back on the Vancelian application
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Tap Activate Authentication App
Enter the first code displayed in your Authenticator
Then enter the next code generated by your Authenticator
Once you have entered the second code, tap Next to confirm the setup
If successful, a window will appear confirming that your authentication app has been activated
Important:
When setting up your Authenticator, make sure to select a time-based key and not a counter-based one, otherwise it will not work.
Please note: if you completely close your Vancelian app during this process, you will need to restart the operation in full with a new key.
If you need to switch to a different Authenticator app, please contact our support team. An identity verification will be required so we can remove the old key before you can register a new one.
