Lost / stolen card

In order to secure your account, you can block your card on the application. This way, you have full control of your card and can protect yourself against unauthorized transactions.

As a last resort, you can also cancel your card. 

Attention! A card cancellation is irreversible. 

It is a last resort and you should only use it when necessary.

1. Go to the card section and choose the card you want to cancel.
2. Use the “Cancel my card” button.

Please note that if you cancel your card you will not be able to use it anymore and you will have to order a new one to use along with your Vancelian account. The order of a new card following a cancellation made by you, will be charged.
