How to set and modify my security question?

To set a security question:

Once you confirm your delivery address you will have to configure a security question to be used in the future. The answer to your security question can be requested as a part of the authentification procedure.

• Select the question that you will need to provide an answer to.
• Type your answer in the dedicated field, make sure that you do not exceed 23 characters and only use letters or numbers
• Click “validate” once ready.

We strongly advise you to write down and store your security question in a safe place.

To modify your security question:

• Go to "Cards"
• Click on "Edit security question"
• Choose the new question
• Write your answer and make sure that you do not exceed 23 characters and only use letters or numbers
• You will receive a code via SMS
• Confirm
