Delivery address modification

If you wish to modify your address to order a card, please contact our Support Team by email and confirm your address as follows: 

Street name + number + flat/house number 
City 
Post code

Country

To proceed with the amendment, in the same email, we're also going to need you to send us a valid proof of residence.

We kindly remind you that we accept the following documents as Proof of Address ⬇️

 
- Utility Bill e.g. telephone, mobile, gas, electricity, heating, oil, waste collection 
- Home or vehicule insurance certificate 
- Government-issued correspondence (For example, a tax letter or a residence certificate) 
- Rent receipts from public institutions 
- University / college letter (students only - dated and stamped) 
- Employer’s letter/certificate for residence proof 
- Bank statement from traditional banks only

Banks statements from ALL online banks are not accepted.

Please note that all documents must be less than 6 months old and in PDF, JPEG, JPG or PNG format.

Please note these documents that we cannot accept:

Receipts 
Rental agreement 
Invoices 
TV Licence 
Buy now pay later bills 
Direct debit setup letters 
Welcome/renewal letters 
Department of Social Protection letters
