After creating your account and validating your personal information, you have 60 days temporary access to provide proof of address.

At the end of the 60-day period, without proof of address, your access to the account will be suspended.

To regain access to your account :

Contact our support team by email with a proof of address in your name less than 6 months old.

You will regain access to the application after validation.

If you have followed all the steps and you still don't have access to the application, please, check with our support team if there is no technical issue occurring in your account.
