Therefore, if you wish to amend the phone number linked to your account, please contact our Customer Support Team and provide them with :
- Your new phone number
- The Bill linked to the new number dated less than 3 months in original PDF
The document needs to contain your full name as well as your residence address as indicated on your profile. Please note that we cannot accept prepaid numbers.
Upon receiving your request by email we will process the modification manually. This request can take up to 3 business days.

A request without a document won't be processed.
Vancelian reserves the right to accept or reject a phone number modification request.
