What are the documents accepted as proof of residence?

Accepted documents as proof of address:

• Internet or utility bill (gas, electricity, etc.)

• Home or vehicle insurance certificate

• Official document issued by an administrative authority

• Monthly bank statement issued by a bank affiliated with a banking group (HSBC, BNP, Barclays, Revolut, etc.)

Please note that your document must be dated within the last 6 months and submitted in PDF, JPEG, JPG or PNG format*. Screenshots of documents are not accepted.

We cannot accept the following documents:

• Bank statement or account summary from a provider not affiliated with a banking group (e.g. N26, Wise, Boursobank, etc.)

• Mobile phone bill

• Insurance certificates other than home or vehicle

• Insurance-related invoices, letters or correspondence

• Deferred invoices

• Promotional emails

**Your document may be rejected if it exceeds 10MB or is not in the correct format.
