- The document is not legible.
- Parts of your document isn't legible. Please note that all 4 corners need to be shown.
- The quality of the photo is insufficient.
- There is a glare or a part of the photo is blurry.
- Your proof of identity is expired
- There is no expiry date on your proof of identity.
Our partner Onfido will guide you by displaying issues in real time throughout the verification.
Moreover, before submitting your proof of identity and selfie you will have the possibility to preview it in order to be sure that quality is sufficient.
