Once you register on the application and enter your phone number, a verification code is sent to this number via SMS.
In case you have not received your code via SMS, please:
- Check your network connection first, most of issues about confirmation code reception are due to a bad network and we won't be able to intervene in this case.
- If the network connection is correct, you might want to verify the configuration in your phone: some devices have the dual sim option which blocks the reception of the message to the given number:
How to configure Dual SIM settings?
- Make sure you have inserted both SIM cards.
- Find and tap Settings > Dual SIM/Dual SIM settings.
- Drag the sliders beside SIM1 and SIM2 to the right. Alternatively, mark the SIM1 and SIM2 checkboxes.
