What are the features of this offer?

How does the investment cap work?

Each investor is free to choose the amount that suits them, within the limit of the available offer.

Investments are available from 1 EUR for deposits in EUR.

If the investment is made in USDC, the minimum amount is 10 USDC.

What is the deposit and withdrawal policy?

Initial deposits are possible from the launch of the offer until it is fully subscribed.

Subsequently, deposit windows will be opened twice a year.

Withdrawal requests are allowed twice a year only if the contracts have been held for at least 6 months.

Please note that deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to a supply and demand system.

For a withdrawal or deposit to be possible, another investor must wish to deposit or withdraw an equivalent amount.

Are there fees associated with withdrawals?

After an initial 6-month commitment, you can benefit from preferential early exit conditions, subject to a 5% fee.

Whether you choose to partially or fully exit this offer, the exit must occur during the designated exit windows.

After 24 months of commitment, there will be no exit fees.
