To comply with international regulations on crypto asset transfers (the "Travel Rules"), you will need to provide certain information about the sender and the recipient of the funds. This ensures the traceability of transactions and helps combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
Your data, as well as the recipient's, will be securely transmitted and encrypted to our partner, Notabene, solely to fulfill the legal obligations we must adhere to.
1. Click on “Withdraw ” selecting the crypto asset of your choice
An informational window will explain the new rules and guide you through the procedure.
2. Specify if the destination wallet belongs to you
-> If the wallet belongs to you:
- Enter the wallet address.
- If the address is recognized (via the blockchain and our partner Notabene), you can confirm the transaction.
- If the address is unrecognized, specify whether the wallet belongs to an exchange platform (like Binance) or is self-hosted (like Metamask or Ledger).
- If it’s a platform: Provide the name of the platform and confirm the transaction.
- If it’s a self-hosted wallet: Follow specific steps to prove wallet ownership (see below).
-> If the wallet does not belong to you:
- Enter the wallet address.
- If the address is recognized, you can confirm the transaction.
- If the address is unrecognized, you will need to provide:
- The first and last name of the wallet holder.
- The name of the platform (if applicable).
- Specify whether the wallet is an exchange platform or a self-hosted wallet:
- Select the appropriate option.
- Then confirm the transaction.
-> For self-hosted wallets (e.g., Metamask, Ledger, etc.):
You will need to connect to your wallet via the dedicated mobile app directly from our application to prove ownership.

- A digital signature will be generated to confirm that you are the wallet owner.
- This signature ensures the security of the transaction.

3. Confirm the transaction with two-factor authentication:
- Enter the confirmation code received by email.
- Enter the code generated by your authentication app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy)
