To ensure our clients' security and comply with current regulations, we have introduced a new account validation process via a bank transfer deposit. This transfer must be made from an external bank account in your full name.
This step is mandatory to activate your account and unlock access to all the application's features.
How does it work?
- Make a deposit: Your first deposit by bank transfer must be made from a bank account in your name and from an authorized bank on our list.
- Verification: Once the bank transfer is received, we will verify that the bank account information (first name, last name, and IBAN) matches the information registered in the application.
- Validation: If the information is correct, your account will be validated, and you will have full access to all the application's features.
What if my bank is not on the list?
Unfortunately, this step is essential. You must make a transfer from a bank that is on the list.
Processing times:
As we currently operate only on the SEPA network for bank transfers, a SEPA transfer can take up to 5 business days to complete.
If you have made a bank transfer and the banking information does not match, your funds will be returned to the sending account within 1 to 5 business days."
