My bank transfer is pending

Please note that a bank transfer can take up to 5 business days to be credited on your account, even if it is an instant bank transfer.

The most common reasons for a pending bank transfer (i.e. not reaching your application within 2-5 business days), are: 

• The name of your external bank account does not fully match your name in our database

• You sent the funds from a joint account

• Your transfer was not a SEPA transfer or came from an unsupported institution (e.g. a crypto exchange)

• Your transfer was not made from a bank, but a payments processing company (e.g. Stripe, Wise, Paypal, etc.)
