Applicable fees

Find below the fees applied to our diverse products, cards, and services related to each tier. 

• Fees applied for crypto transactions on the application:
  

Please note that these same transaction fees are also applied when making deposits or withdrawals in USDC to or from your different projects. 

• Fees applied on the Automated Portfolio during assets reallocations, rebalancing and each investor profile change:

• Fees related to the usage of your VISA card:

*Card delivery fees are €9.90 when ordering. 

• Fees applicable to the pay in crypto feature (Aktio coins, ETH, BTC, USDC) or using one of your wealth solutions with your Vancelian VISA card:

- €1 fee for a payment up to €100

- or 1% fee for a payment over €100

The fees do not apply to expired or canceled transactions, but only to validated payments.

Please note the minimum amount you can withdraw in USDC from your Vancelian account to another platform, including transaction fees, is 30 USDC.

Vancelian does not apply transaction fees when depositing USDC in the app. The fees applied correspond to the blockchain/ERC network transaction fees, plus potential fees applied by your crypto exchange platform during the deposit.

You can check the transaction fee details on the platform used during the transfer.

• Deposit fees via payment card:

A transaction fee of 2.5% is applied per deposit via payment card and this applies to all memberships.

*If you pay online or in-store with another currency than euro, our banking partner Modulr will charge an additional 3% fee during transaction authorization, just in case the exchange rate fluctuates during the authorization. However, if the exchange rate does not change, the additional fees will not be charged when your transaction is actually debited (up to 7 days after authorization).
