- Please check if you have a stable internet connection. If you use your mobile data (3G, 4G or 5G) switch to WiFi. If you are already using a WiFi connection, switch to your mobile data.
- If you use a VPN, please disable it
- Reboot your device.
- Please check in your App Store or Google Play if you have the latest update of the application. If there is one, please update the app.
- Please check if your device has the latest operating system updated.
- If none of the steps above worked, please try uninstalling then reinstalling the app.
