How to make an USDC or AKTIO deposit on the application?

Please follow the steps below in order to make an USDC or AKTIO deposit:

• Go to "Shortcuts"
• Then click on "Deposit"
• Then select "Blockchain transfer"

If you use this feature for the first time, a window with more information will open. On that page, click on "Deposit USDC or AKTIO". 

• Then you will need to create you wallet address by clicking on "Get address". 

An USDC or AKTIO wallet address is similar to a bank account number. It consists of numbers and letters that are unique to your crypto assets wallet. 

• Copy your USDC/AKTIO wallet address and paste it in your external wallet. 

By clicking on the "share address" button, you will be able to share your wallet address by text message or social media, in order for other people to deposit USDC/AKTIO on your dedicated wallet address on the application. 

Depending on the network activity, it can take hours before the transfers into your Vancelian USDC/AKTIO wallet are confirmed on the blockchain and appear on your USDC/AKTIO balance. You may also verify the transaction status from the relevant withdrawal platform. If the status is "failed" or "unconfirmed", contact the platform for assistance. 

It is important to note that your Vancelian USDC/AKTIO wallet is only supported via the Ethereum blockchain (ERC-20). If you use a different network to do a deposit and/or if you deposit another cryptocurrency, your funds will be lost and not recoverable.
