• The Vancelian team members will never initiate a conversation by sending you a private message.
• Official team members have a "Staff" or "Admin" label, which is visible when you chat with them or search for them in the group.

For added security, consider changing the default security and privacy settings of your Telegram account as follows:

• Phone number > My contacts (allows only people in your contacts to see your number)
• Calls > My contacts (allows calls only from people in your contact list)
• Groups and channels > My contacts (only people in your contact list can add you to groups)
• Passcode Lock > Enabled
• Two-Step Verification > Enabled (adds an extra layer of security to your account)
• Devices > Check unknown devices (ensures active sessions are only from devices you recognize)
• Edit name > Enter your unique display name
• Set username > Enter your unique username

• Do not click on any links
• Do not respond to their requests
• Do not provide any personal information

Confirm the sender's identity by contacting us through the following official channels:

1. Send an email to support@vancelian.com
2. Contact one of the administrators in our official Telegram group.
